Meet Our Leadership Team

The people who look after your child's learning, safety and day-to-day school life.

Ain Nafiza, Principal and Academic Director, smiling in a pink hijab and glasses

Ain Nafiza

Principal & Academic Director

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Ain Nafiza is Principal and Academic Director of Rochford's International School by Rochford's Education, a recipient of the Pearson Excellence Award 2020.

As Principal, Ain holds full academic authority across all campuses. She sets standards, oversees how the curriculum is taught, mentors teaching staff and makes every examination entry decision herself. Her guiding principle is simple: no student sits a Pearson IGCSE examination until their teacher can look them in the eye and say they are genuinely ready.

Ain teaches Pure Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, three of the most demanding subjects in the IGCSE programme, and brings to every lesson the same rigour, clarity and commitment she expects from her team. She is also the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead, trusted not only as an academic leader but as the person responsible for the safety and wellbeing of every student in the school's care.

Ain was named Runner-Up, International School Leader of the Year: Asia 2023. She sets the standard Rochford's Education Group holds itself to: in results, but also in character, in care, and in the quiet daily work of helping young people get genuinely ready for the world.

Komal, Business Development Manager and Centre Administrator, smiling in glasses and a maroon top

Komal

Business Development Manager, Centre Administrator & Academic Operations Coordinator

Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Komal is Business Development Manager, Centre Administrator and Academic Operations Coordinator at Rochford's International School by Rochford's Education. Her role puts her at the centre of everything the school does, from the first WhatsApp message a parent sends to the moment a student walks through the door on their first day.

As the school's main point of contact, Komal manages parent enquiries, enrolment, fee administration, timetabling and staff coordination. She also plans and runs all school events, including the Rochford's Education KL launch and the school's parent talk series. She is the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, and cares deeply about the welfare of every student in the school's care.

Komal treats every family the same way: warmly, directly, honestly and without hurry. She believes every parent deserves a real conversation, not a sales pitch, and every family should feel genuinely welcome before they have signed a single form.

Komal is also a qualified backup English Language teacher, so no student's learning is interrupted by absence or circumstance. At Rochford's International School, the school works because Komal makes it work.
